Terms and Conditions Our Agreement
- This rental agreement is on a year-to-year basis with you and Immer sein Holdings (pvt) Ltd (the ”Company”).
- You may terminate this rental agreement with thirty (30) days’ prior notice delivered to the company using the profile created in the company website.
- Company may terminate this agreement with seven (7) days’ prior notice, if you are in default under this rental agreement.
- You need to pay a security deposit as security for any damages to the room caused by you.
- Aggreed monthly rental to be paid by you (beginning of each month) on or before the In date (date of coming to the premises) in each calendar month during the term of this rental agreement.
- Security deposit will be returned to you within seven (7) days’ of termination of this rental agreement, less any deductions for damages.
- If you terminate this rental agreement within six (6) months, Security deposit will be returned to you after forty five (45) days’ of termination of this rental agreement.
- You should responsible for the any damages with in the premises or any other equipment in the premises.
- Electricity and water expenses will be included in the agreed monthly rent.
- Garbage should be disposed to the provided garbage bins.
- You are not allowed to use any cooking equipment within the premises.
- Visitors are not allowed to the premises without taking prior approval from a authorized person.
